A: Yes, we can customise the dimensions and colours of our screens. However, we do not currently offer customisation of the design. Our screens are manufactured in bulk to ensure affordability. We do appreciate feedback and suggestions for new products. If you have specific dimensions, colors, or photos of what you are trying to hide, please email us at info@outdoorscreens.com.au with your feedback and new product suggestions.

Note: We aim to have 'off the shelf' products that can suit various applications, so your feedback will be valuable in expanding our range.

We do not accept returns for our air con covers. Once the item is shipped and opened, it cannot be resold in its original brand new condition. Therefore, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.  However, if your item has not left our warehouse, we can cancel your order and issue a refund.

A: At this point, we have not designed a screen with four sides. However, some customers have successfully used frosting film on the glass to hide the back of the condenser. This can be a practical solution to maintain the aesthetics of your space while concealing the condenser unit.

If you have only received one box of your Air Conditioner Screen order, please note that the boxes may not all travel together with the courier. We recommend waiting for a day or two as the second box should arrive. If it hasn't arrived by then, please contact us and we will follow up with the delivery company to resolve the issue.
