These rates are for metro locations only, nor do they include the Northern Territory.  If you are outside metro areas, please contact us for an accurate shipping quote.

Orders are dispatched on Wednesdays.  Cut off for Wednesday dispatch is Monday midday. 
 
​As soon as we dispatch your item, we will send you the tracking details.  Please note that once we dispatch your item, we do not have any control of your delivery.  We can only see the same tracking details that you see on the TOLL website.  Please contact TOLL directly to get accurate information on 1300 865 547.

Please note that all the air conditioner screens come in 2 boxes.  These boxes rarely travel together.  If you receive just one box, don't fret as the second box will be arriving within a day or two.

​You do not have to be home to receive your screen.
​
All orders have 'Authority to Leave', which means that the courier will leave it in a place they deem safe.  They will not leave it outside a building.
​
If you are not home and the courier is unable to leave your item, it will be taken back to the nearest TOLL depot.  You must then organise to collect it from there.   
​
The couriers can only deliver to a ground floor front door.  The drivers can not carry your screen up a flight of stairs or through corridors.  If you live in an apartment building, you must go down to receive the courier at the building main door.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please send us photos of the damaged goods, including photos of the box if damaged.  We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the options.
